Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes how Arkoura handles refund requests for its premium subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues invoices, handles payment processing, and manages billing disputes on our behalf. For billing questions, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.

3. Free Plan

Arkoura's free plan involves no charges. No refund is applicable.

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers who are not satisfied with Arkoura Premium may request a full refund within 7 days of their first successful charge. This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase and does not extend to subsequent billing periods or plan upgrades.

5. No Refunds After 7-Day Period

After the 7-day money-back window has passed, we do not issue pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a billing period. Your premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

7. Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you did not intend to renew, refund requests for renewal charges must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@arkoura.com with your registered email address and the date of the charge. We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds that are approved are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

9. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, or if you are unable to resolve a billing issue with us, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, has the authority to issue refunds on our behalf.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of Arkoura Premium after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
